If you receive a pair of Wackerchaps that are defective or are not as we have described, we will replace it FREE of charge. Defective items must be returned with an explanation of how the garment was being used. When we receive the garment, we will gladly send you a brand new garment. We respectfully request that you in no way purposefully destroy the garment to test our policy. In addition, Wackerchaps must only be used in applications that we have described. Any misuse, improper use or negligence on the customers part voids any guarantees. Customer is responsible for all shipping which is non-refundable.
